How to make an iMovie

How to use iMovie Cheat Sheet !!!

Step 1: Click the + sign at the top left that says CREATE!

Step 2: Choose movie option !

!!!!!!!Step 3: Choose a theme !Step 4: Rename your project !

!!Step 5: Select Pictures/videos to Add, once selected you must hit the + button on that clip!

!Step 6: Drag items from library into your storyboard to begin working, items saved on desktop can be dragged into the “library”!!!

!!!!!!!!!!!

!!Step 6: Adding Titles to Clips, click titles on the bottom left of iMovie,double click the type you want and it will appear above your clip!!!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

!!Step 7: Adding music or sound effects !!Click at the bottom left just as titles and transitions. Click and drag the sound effects or music you want to use onto the clip desired.!

!!Step 8:To add voice to your clips select the desired clip and hit the “V” button, the microphone will pop up below your video. Click the microphone to begin recording.!!!

!!Step 9: Sharing your iMovie: Click the “share” button at the top left of iMovie, and select “File”!!

!!!!!!!!

!!!!Once you choose “file” click the size of your film and click “Next”!

!!Step 10: Click “save” and your iMovie is ready to show to your classes
