How to Import Questions from the LCSC Survey Bank to Your Survey

Step 1 If you have not started your survey, you will first need to create it. If you have already created your survey, skip to Step 4. To get started, click on Create Project in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Step 2 To begin with a clean slate, choose Blank Survey Project.

Step 3 Next, create a title for your survey. Click Create Project once you have named your project.

Step 4 In order to import questions from the LCSC Survey Bank, scroll to the bottom of your survey. Click Import Questions From.

Step 5 Click My Surveys.

Step 6 Select the title you chose to name your copy of the LCSC Survey Bank.

Step 7 Select each of the questions on the LCSC Survey Bank you would like to be imported into your survey.

Step 8 After you have selected all the questions you would like to use from the LCSC Survey Bank, click Import X Questions.

Step 9 The selected questions from the LCSC Survey Bank will now appear in your current project.
