How to Download Your Electricity Use History
For PPL Customers
Start at www.pplelectric.com• Enter your username
(or email) and password. Activate your online account if you haven’t used PPL’s online services before.
• Click the Sign In button.
Select Your Account• Select the
account for your home. If you only have one PPL account in your name, this may be the only account listed.
Go To Billing & Payments• Click the side
link to go to Billing and Payments.
Export History• By default, you’ll
see the last year of bills in a table. Click the button to “Export this view”
• This downloads the file BillHistory.csv to your computer.
Send File• Send the file you downloaded, BillHistory.csv,
to bills@verdantresidential.com
