4.) Complete the form:Purpose of Use: Academic ResearchCheck: SPSS Statistics (Base Package)SPSS Version: 22Installation: New

5.) Click OK at the bottom of the form once completed

6.) Once submitted your request will be processed and you will be sent an emailwith the download instructions
