How to Debug Inbound XML files to SRM Server.
Down load the file in .XML format on your Desktop/laptop.
Using Tcode - SXMB_MONI.
Tcode - SPROXY
Open the Proxy method to debug using Tcode -Sproxy.
Enter the Object name in browser and open the required object.
Click on Execute button to execute the interface.

Refer to screenshot below and click on options provided as mentioned in screen-shot as referred below Select choice Debug method to Debug method you want to debug.
Upload the file as it will ask for path in system from where to upload file to be processed. Please refer to below screenshot for reference.

After uploading the file click on Execute button to debug the method.
Your debugger will stop at method.
