Whatever the star rating of the hotel, guest expectations for technology are very similar. It should be available, intuitive and just work - all the time. To compete with social platforms such as Airbnb, hotels need to become destinations and match an individual’s lifestyle.
Cundall works with hotel operators and developers to achieve these objectives whilst limiting the management burden that often comes with technology.
Recent work has included combining guest services such as wired internet, Wi-Fi, television, movies and personal device connectivity into one system - lowering cost and enabling remote off-site management.
As an independent IT and audio visual consultancy with extensive knowledge of hotel operations, design and the build process; we help our clients achieve a smooth transition from construction/refurbishment to hotel opening.
