HIGH MALTOSE CORN SYRUP
High Maltose Corn Syrup are modified corn syrup. This product is is a pure food grade brewing liquid adjunct used for the production of full bodied beers. Its unique carbohydrate profile i.e., high maltose and low dextrose level, ideally suited as adjunct to match wort from malt.
APPLICATION:
High Maltose Corn Syrup is a liquid adjunct to brewing industry and has been demineralised to provide the brewer with colour stable adjunct that contain low level of salt to meet the quality standards of the brewing industry.
