1)Come in comfortable clothing. We prefer cotton clothing and without any metal items on your body including belts, key chains etc. 2)Take any juice prior to the treatment/light meal – Stimulates digestion. Have a glass of water – 10-16 ounces before you get on the syste.3)Take calcium supplement like: Shell cal- 500mg , Omcal D3, Super dos - 500m Eva cal for women, Robi cal plus4) Take your food supplements before you get on the system, it doesn’t matter when supplements are taken relative to magnetron therapy. But it is ideal to take them about half an hour to one hour before the treatment. (Nutreva drink, vitamin C and vitamin D supplements)5) Take one glass of green leaves juice everyday, these are excellent mineral suppliers. Making of Green Juice: Take tulsi leaves (12-15) + spinach (6-7 raw leaves) + coriander leaves (one cup) +one medium raw amla + small ginger piece + 8-10 green leaves of your choice like Methi, Parsley, Carrot leaves , Mustered leaves or raddish leaves. Grind them thoroughly to make fine paste, add one glass water and fresh Lemon Juice + Black pepper + Rock salt. This is very fine green juice and if taken daily once, can reverse the osteoporosis to anybody.6) Stop taking pain killers of any type during treatment unless and other wise advised by your centre doctor/it can interfere with the regeneration process.7) Continue taking other medicines prescribed by your family doc.8) Keep your self relaxed and switch off your mobiles or keep it in silent mode.9) A specified time slot will be given to you. Please maintain the time in case you are delayed, you will have to wait for the subsequent patients to finish their treatment. There should not be any break or discontinuation in treatment period.10) Need to follow strictly the instructions given by doctor, regarding your exercises and walking.
