Mortarless Concrete
Blocks
Intelligent, fast building product !
Earthquake and hurricane resistant
Very cost-effective!
Founder and inventor
Daniel Boot is consultant in architecture, industrial and graphic designer,
illustrator, founder and president of Habiterra Building Solutions Inc.
He is graduated by Vancouver School of Art. His main hobbies are painting
and music.
His passion is to develop and market innovative building solutions that are
economically viable and environmentally friendly. This inspired him to invent
a new construction system using mortarless concrete blocks.
The blocks automatically self-align using their interlocking properties.
Therefore, this new building concept brings into the market a competitive
advantage encouraging self-build and resulting in very impressive
cost reductions.
One of the key benefits of this building system is the use of local materials
and labour.

Habiterra system
Number of working days
To build up a wall of 100 m² using Habiterra system, a team with
one mason and two assistants takes 48 working hours.
In a conventional system, the same team takes 288 working hours.

Conclusion
Habiterra system is 31% more cost effective than the
conventional process.
Elimination of mortar results in additional cost savings.
The higher construction speed in the Habiterra process
reduces substantial labour costs … minimal six times faster
Higher construction speed increases the return on the
investment.
Other uses
Habiterra blocks can also be used to construct party-walls in
high rise construction.
