Guild HouseJanuary Build Update

One half of Guild House is now boarded out ready for the electrics which have also been fited.

In some are’as the boards are all plastered and waiting on a coat of paint. Some apartments have already had the first coat of paint.

The second half of the development now has the electrics fitted and the boarding out of

the departments has begun.

Once this is complete the walls will be plastered and the first coat of paint shall also

go on.

The kitchens are starting to be delivered and these will soon start to be installed in the first half of the build, the bathrooms will then follow on.

The lifts have been installed on the ground floor.

The corridors leading to the apartments have now had all of the new windows fitted and brickwork complete.

Work has also began on the underground car park beneath Guild House. Insulation has

been fitted on the ceiling.
