Materials: Ultra Galvanized High Tensile Steel.
Triple layers coating system (Zinc, conversion film & resin)
20%-30% higher in yield strength
20% lighter in weight

All welded trusses will final applied with a zinc spray coating at every welding
point as a protection layer and to prevent rusty.
Used thicker thickness square tube’s webs with 1.6mm to 3.0mm with minimum
yield strength 350 Mpa compare to competitors which used thinner tube.
Hot dip Galvanized Tubing with Zinc coat mass: 600 ~ 800 g/m².

An effective venting system provides year round benefits:
During warmer months, ventilation helps keep attics cool.
During colder months, ventilation reduces moisture to keep attics dry. It also
helps prevent ice dams.
Other benefits: (all four seasons of the year)-added comfort-protect against
damage to materials and structure-help reduce energy consumption.
6
Attic Ventilation
Unvented:
Radiant heat penetrating through roof sheathing and attic
enters living areas of poultry shed.
Vented:
With proper ventilation, the heat is vented out of the attic,
keeping living areas cooler.

Double Storey Construction Methods
Steel Floor Deck Precast Concrete Slab
Solution to land shortage problem
Save concrete as much as 30%
Savings in form/mould materials
OR
© 2014 AGCO Corporation
A new way of building combined lying of the steel floor deck and reinforcing and
has remarkable saving in materials, work and expenses.
When lying the steel floor deck only a sparse support from below is needed. The
distance between the supports varies form 1.0m to 2.0m depending on the
thickness of the sheet and the concrete layer.
The completed slab (steel floor deck & concrete mixed) acts as a reinforced
concrete.
The steel floor deck is available in thickness between 0.8mm and 1.0mm with
zinc coated at both sides.
Able to fit the load of 250kg/m

Composite steel deck floors consist of
a profiled steel deck with a concrete
topping. Included in the concrete is
some light welded mesh
reinforcement which acts to control
cracking, to resist longitudinal shear
(A kind of force) and, in the case of
fire, to act as tensile reinforcement.
The profiled deck allow the concrete
and steel to bond and share load.
Composite action between the
supporting beams and the concrete is
created by welding shear studs
through the deck.

Steel Floor Deck - Floor Beam

No Description Benefits
1 Saving in structure materials Only separate beams and the edges of the slabs are bonded.
This save timber 70% - 80%
2 Easy construction of the structure The floor decks are easy assemble
3Saving in underside reinforcement
steel
No underside reinforcement needed. Save reinforcement steel
80% - 90%
4Thinner slabs can be used because
of the rigidity of metal sheet Save concrete 15 – 30%
5 Inexpensive cost the cost same as ordinary profiled steel sheet
6 Save time and money No discharging of the steel sheets

Since precast is manufactured in a controlled casting environment it is easier to
control the mix, placement, and curing.
Quality can be controlled and monitored much more easily.
Can cast regardless of any weather conditions and get the same results.
Less labor is required and that labor can be less skilled.
Rapid construction lead time on site.
Save topping concrete cost, the 50mm thickness is sufficient to support the
weight.
