the urban “injection”

The first proposal was a very enclosed and urban one; for the second hypothesis we want to experiment the opposite vision:

- punctual densification

- maximization of the green area by maximizing height of the buildings

potential green system

as for the second 50% hypothesis, in the 100% we tried to maximize the green surface. we wanted to have a fluid and accessible green public space. in order to do so, we implemented densification strategies not to the single lots, but to the whole block, with:

- a localized densification around the already dense existing parts

- the creation of a system of public green spaces integrated and well connected both in se and with the surronding context
