•If needed we will make another set of grid spaces

Plan for demountable:

•Baking of all the demountable internal parts in vacuum @ 150C.

•Baking of top plate in new oven @ 100C.

•Assemble in clean room @ ALD lab (ready).

•Testing demountable at APS.
