Cleanse while you eat The message of our Rejuvenation Retreat is one of detoxifying, rejuvenating and regaining the

We use fresh, organic produce – vegetables and herbs known for their health benefits and
cleansing properties - in a varied menu designed to inspire the most passionate and discerning
of cooks! Our mouthwatering food is created to assist the body’s detoxifying process, cleanse
the organs, boost your energy levels promoting vitality and wellness.
Fresh cold pressed organic juices are provided daily to help the cleansing process.
Daily Activities We’re 100% committed to you getting the most out of your Yoga Retreat Program, which is why
we carefully choose our retreat venue and design the program so you leave feeling refreshed,
cleansed and ready to take on the next challenges that come your way..
• A 30 minute guided meditation session is taught every morning before Yoga to help
quieten the mind and relieve stress. Morning yoga is taught in a Vinyasa flow style that
encourages students to move with the breath, creating strength and flexibility while
focusing on alignment in the body. The level will be taught to suit the group capacity.
• Restorative Yoga takes place each afternoon to balance out the activities of the day
promoting a calm and peaceful frame of mind.
• Yoga Nidra (20 mins guided deep relaxation technique). Yoga Nidra takes you into a
deeply relaxing and powerful journey. ‘Nidra’ means sleep and Yoga Nidra is a dynamic
sleep or often referred to as ‘a yogic psychic sleep’ where you learn to relax consciously.
It is also a healing restorative practice to reduce stress, addictions, sleep disorders,
nervous conditions and to release long standing behavioural patterns.
• Free time for you – we know your life is busy, so at our Retreat you can do as little or as
much as you like ... enjoy a nature walk through the garden, or simply chill out and relax.
Treatments & Therapies Additional Therapies & Treatments
Remedial Massage 1hr $120
Remedial massage is excellent at targeting specific injuries and any repercussions that result
from the injury. It is a deeply penetrating massage and releases tight muscles that may be
causing pain.
However, it’s far more than just solving a problem in one area of the body because the
therapist recognises that the body is a completely interdependent infrastructure, where one
ailment will result from or cause another.
Retreat Schedule We strongly suggest that you arrive early to give yourself precious time to unwind and relax
before the Retreat begins. We also understand that guests will arrive at different times
because of flight schedules.
On Day One the check-in is at 2pm. Our first session is an informal group orientation at 4pm
and then gather for a delicious dinner at 6:30pm to settle in and meet other guests.
Each day we start at 7.30am with meditation followed by yoga until 10.30 with. The style and
level of yoga is adjusted to suit the experience of the group. All modifications are given to
beginners or guests who have injuries. Personal attention is given to each guest to make sure
you are comfortable and relaxed.
There is free time during the day to relax, have massages or one or try some holistic
treatments on offer from our experienced therapists. Each day we offer inspiring talks and
activities to invigorate you and uplift your spirit, so you take home useful tools and new insights. Our
aim is to make each day special memorable!
On our last day we complete the retreat after our final yoga session. We come together to share
the week’s events, bring closure and gather for a delicious lunch before leaving at 3pm.
A final schedule and Medical History form will be sent to you after your deposit has been received.
