The system is expected to carry out the most functional areas of business; generating invoices, creating managerial reports, and maintaining customers’ information.

The system is platform dependent, but user friendly. It can run on any Windows OS.

Company does not want to invest a lot of money for database system.

Application must run on Windows OS. The new system should be scalable in the

future.
