• Changed some questions to align with changes in upcoming 2014 version of JDS-G223 Supplier Quality Manual
• Clarified the intent of some questions with small wording changes
• Merged some questions of similar intent
• Improved overall organization structure
• Enhanced the scoring summary & moved to front page
• Reorganized questions into two distinct categories• Compliance (Added scaling guidance)

• To pass this audit, the supplier must meet 2 criteria's. • Overall score of 65% or greater.
• Have a score of 2 or greater on each of the questions

Now: The supplier's processes or actions virtually guarantees that a non-conformance in this requirement can NEVER happen. They are fully compliant in all instances to following the defined process. (i.e. "World Class")
