Start off your weekend with some Funky Flow Power Yoga. The evening class will match a non-traditional, upbeat and pumped-up playlist with power yoga sequencing. Music plays an integral role in this class. By allowing ourselves to become immersed in the music we can tap into a strong physical practice and let loose. Each sequence will match the vibe that music provides. From calming instrumental melodies, the poetry of Mr. Marley, infectious lyrics of the Haim sisters and collaborative fusion of Latin rhythms and hip-hop, we will explore and connect with the spirit of music that provides inspiration to vinyasa sequences. There will be sweat, smiles, laughter and great energy. Impromptu dancing is strong encouraged.
