Fundraiser Information SheetMinimum 30 people. You will be billed per head. However, you set the price at which you’ll sell the tickets so you have control over your profit from the event!

$8 each (2-10 years).
You will be responsible for calling Travelodge Hotel at (306) 978.6516 THREE DAYS in advance of your event to confirm your attendance numbers & pre-payment.
A cash deposit of $200 is required upon pick up of tickets. You must book a min. of 30 people. Fundraisers are available any night of the week. Meal times from 5:30 - 7:00 pm.
Fundraiser Details
Your final charge is based on the final numbers you call in or how many plates we serve, whichever number is greater. Deposits are forfeited if you cancel your event less than 7 days before your scheduled date.
