Before 2008, the construction labor market was filled with baby boomers.
Now, millennials are also joining the mix. As a result of this change, there is a
labor and skills shortage in many countries in the world.
Underperforming Projects
Project complexity is increasing and according to Accenture, only 30 percent
of large projects are within budget, and only half of those are finished within
the previously agreed time
