Employee clicks “Clock In”to complete the transaction

“Change Job” is for employees who work using more than one job or cost number in

the course of one day.

When the employee hits “ClockOut,” both her start and end times

are shown, and her hours are entered in the Logbook.

The Logbook may be accessed from both the “Clock In” and “Clock Out” Screens.

Employees may NOT edit entries in the Logbook.

The Calendar may be accessed from both the “Clock In” and “Clock Out” Screens.

For a visual representation of their time, employees may view the calendar.

Hitting the “Print” button prints an employee’s hours for a specific pay period to the screen or to a printer in order to allow the employee to

verify their time.

To: All ViewersTime Matrix allows companies to post company-wide, departmental, or employee-specific messages that appear as the employee(s) clock in or out. The employee(s) must acknowledge they have read the message before completing their time transaction.The messages appear identical to this one. Wouldyou like to see a couple examples?

This employee-specific message will be deletedonce Katherine clicks the “Acknowledge” button.

Administrators may usethis window to view which employees areclocked in and what

jobs and cost numbersthose employees

are using.

The Employee Time Entry windowdisplays employee information

entered in Dynamics Payroll and allows payroll clerks to edit time entries.

The Employee Time Logbook is accessed by clicking “Logbook” on the Employee Time Entry screen. Only non-posted entries may be edited.
