A Toast to Our Traditions
Flavored Nut and Cookie Butters
2 cups pecan halves
4 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread pecans in single layer on baking sheet; bake 6–8 minutes or until browned and fragrant. Let stand to cool completely.
2. Place pecans in food processor bowl; process 2 minutes, then scrape down sides. Add remaining ingredients; process 1–2 minutes until creamy. Place in air-tight container and keep chilled up to one month.

3 tablespoons melted coconut oil

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
