Lagari Hasan was the first man to make perpendicular flight in the 17.century.He is counted to be the ancestor of rocketing, he succeeded in landing off with a simple air rocket which has a resorvoir full of gunpowder.He had presented his flight on the birthday of Sultan IV.Murat’s daughter .It had been seen that he had taken off about 300 mt and hung upon air for 20 seconds.Thanks to the wings that were attached to him,he was able to land on softly to the Bosphorus.

He is one of the Turkish scholars who lived in Ottoman Age in the 17.century.He was born in 1609 in İstanbul.In1632,he flew through the Bosphorus for 3358 mt on a windy day by wearing a wing that looked like feathers and he landed off the ground that is nearly 4000 mt away where he landed off. He was considerate the most important scholar in aviation.

Vecihi Hürkuş who established the first private plane factory ,started to produce in1925.He produced;

Turkey has been conducting his space studies by means of Space Technologies

Turkey has a satellite in space and its number of satellite will be rised from 4 to 6 by the end of the year. The fifth satellite of Turkey TÜRKSAT-4A was launched from Baykonur space base on 14 February.The satellite was cooperatively produced by Turkish and Japanese engineers and it has a new tech called “ka bant” which enables Turkish tv and radio channels to broadcast to Africa after Europe and Asia.

It is predicted that TÜRKSAT 6A satellite will be launched in 2019 and TÜRKSAT 5A in 2017. Turkey will cover South America,North America,Europe,Asia and Africa also the west Australia by means of its 7 satellite. Therefore it will have the opportunity of connecting the 91 per cent of world’s population through the agency of satellites.
