• Many staff bring in their own computers

• All important documents on a server named ‘Snappy’

• Most computers on camp have wireless access

• Server backed up twice a year

• Microsoft Access 2003– Database for all the camper information– Used to house campers– Contact information– Camper Horse Rides– Mailing Lists– Payment information– Payroll– Contracts

Access 2003

• Written by a former camp director• Difficult to modify reports• Easy to use compared to CampTrak

Hopes

• With better technology they could:– Register online for campers– Feedback surveys– Mass e-mails– Calendar of events (Outlook outdated)– Burn picture CDs– All computers connected to the network
