• PRIMARY WILL BE ABLE TO TALK MORE INDEPTH ABOUT THE FRENCH CULTURE, SONG AND DANCE AND MUSIC.

Students will need to present via PP and class decor to coordination (and parents?):

• History• Geography• Politics• Economy• Demographics• Art • Culture• Language / dialect• Decoration/images/ posters

• History : talk about the history of the region such as the middle ages to revolution or monarchy to republic

• Geography, where is it located, the enviornement • Politics of the region, the laws, government, foreign

relations, development aid.• Economy: agriculture and tourism, Labour market,

transport system.• Demographics: language, religions, health, education• Art: show and talk about paintings, artists,

architecture, literature, music, cinema, fashion, books• Culture: media, society, cuisine, sports,

• Each class will be divided into groups to represent sections of the region or the whole region as a group.

• Students will be graded on each theme and how they did the work:

Full research , Individually, and as a group.I expect to see food, costumes if possible,

decorations, posters, powerpoint presentations of their research in French

I hope students know how to correctly pronounce the names of things, cities, places

Pour faire un tel festival, il faut d’abord commencer par le début :

a tes élèves les différentes REGIONS. ou à des parents ? vas-tu faire cela dans une salle ouverte à tous ou est-ce un travail de classe ?

• After enjoying the performances, you will have the opportunity to visit __ different regions of france as part of our“tastes of the France” portion of the festival. Each region that you visit will not only provide authentic food, but will also wear authentic clothing and provide interesting information about their region.

• What a wonderful way to celebrate the beauty of diversity in this country and on this campus. We hope that you take advantage of and enjoy your very own “all expenses paid” vacation to the Hexegon.

Lycée en Fête• Vers la fin de l’année scolaire le Club International organise une journée internationale et

festive pour toute la famille dans le parc du Lycée.

• Des stands de restauration internationale se retrouvent autour du Château.

• Une brocante débute à partir de l’esplanade devant l’Agora pour remonter vers l’Aumônerie. L’esplanade devant la cantine du primaire, strictement réservée aux enfants, est très populaire.

• Les animations multiculturelles et des autres programmes proposés par le Club International sont nombreux:

• - Les spectacles nationaux: danses en costumes nationaux avec la «Sevillianas» de la section espagnole, un spectacle de kendo de la section japonaise, un défilé de mode organisé par le Club International, chants A capella par le groupe Vox, démonstration de yoga etc.

• -La tombola très attrayante grâce à la générosité de nos sponsors et du Club International qui achète les gros lots.

• -Les aires de jeux pour les petits avec son château gonflable, son maquillage, son stand de vernis à ongle et de tatouage pour les enfants et l’origami.

• -La restauration internationale avec sa variété de plats proposésaux stands joliment décorés.

• -La vente des Articles Club.

• Profitez de l’occasion «vider grenier» et louez un emplacement pour la brocante (voir annonces dans les Flash Info ou contacter notre secrétaire).
