Anon-refundable25%depositisdueuponsignedcontract.Thebalanceisdue14businessdayspriortoyourfirstmove-inday.

What kind of insurance do I need?

Youneedcomprehensivegeneralliabilityinsuranceintheamountof$1,000,000perpersonand$1,000,000peraccident.Thismustbesubmitted30dayspriortoyourevent.

Is there an on-site caterer? Can I bring in my own caterer?

TheParkhasexclusivefoodandbeveragerights.Anyoutsidevendorsorsamplingmustbeapproved.

Can I ship items for storage before my event?

Wecanreceiveandstorefreightshipmentsforafee.Thecostisbasedonweightoftheshipment.

What are the charges for parking?

ParkingisavailableatprevailingratesinlotssurroundingThePark.Ratesareprovidedbelow:• Guestparkingis$7.00percar/perday• Exhibitorparkingis$5.00pervehicle/perday• RVParking:$20-$25pervehicle/perday• Trailerparking:$50-$55pervehicle
