Milestone Dates in the Expo 2020 Schedule
1. Expo Village – 2,100 apartments – will be ready for occupation by April 2019
2. Pavilion plot access for site investigations is by January 2018
3. Plot handover for construction – April 2018
4. Full build and fitout to be completed by September 2020
5. For Organiser built pavilions the shell and core completion is October 2019, at which time the
structures can be handed to participants for fitout.
