Clinical History• 62yo Female• Presented with four-week history of bilateral painful erythematous

swollen ankles, unable to ambulate due to pain, tender on palpation, ?panniculitis, ?erythema nodosum. No obvious underlying arthropathy. Bone scan showed non-specific inflammation of soft issues mainly in the fat pad region and MRI a showed non-specific changes in the fat pad and muscles, ? old trauma bilaterally,

• Concurrent CT abdomen showed a 6 cm mass in the pancreas with multiple masses in the liver.

Slides 1,2: Direct FNA left ankle nodule adjacent to the tendo achilles.Slides 3-6: Ultrasound FNA liver masses.
