ABSTRACT

• Examination Cell Application Software(ECAS) is a .NET application to help many colleges that are facing the problem of seat allotment of students to classes during examinations and other similar problems.

• ECAS solves the problem of arranging manually and randomizing the students roll numbers.

• ECAS also provides facility of filling out examination application forms.

INTRODUCTION

• ECAS is the solution for colleges that take a lot of time to arrange the students roll numbers into examination halls and also filing the examination application forms.

• In ECAS, we are going to automate this processes.• ECAS will reduce a lot of burden on the examination

department.

EXISTING SYSTEM

• Till now, the allocation of students roll numbers to their examination halls are done manually by the examination department in each college.

• They take the number of students and take each class and arrange them accordingly.

• Also the examination applications are filled out manually by students.

DRAWBACKS IN EXISTING SYSTEM

• The existing allocation of seating plan consumes a lot of time.• It is heavy burden to the person allocating the students roll

numbers.• The randomizing might not be effective.• Errors in filling examination application forms.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

• ECAS is our solution to the problem of manually allocating students roll numbers to the examination halls.

• We are going take the input as a)The classrooms to be allocatedb)The students to be arranged

• ECAS is also going to fill out the exam application forms of students.

ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM

• This takes very less time compared to existing system.• This reduces a lot of burden to the people in examination

department.• The randomizing of students roll numbers is going to be very

effective.• User Interface will be User friendly.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

1) HARDWARE REQUIREMENTSDeveloper Requirements:

Computer with Good Processor.User Requirements:

A computer with good configuration.Good processor.A Monitor to display the results. A Printer to print the arranged plan.

2. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

Developer Requirements:Visual Studio.Knowledge of C# , .NET.

User Requirements:An operating system (that supports .Net Apps).Drivers for the printer.
