Background
Arzanah Medical Center (Healthpoint) is prominently located within a new mixed-use
community in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Aimed at addressing a significant demand for specialist medical
treatment in the region, the facility will provide multi-disciplinary health care services consisting
of three Centers, a Spine Centre, Knee and Sports Medicine Centre, and a Wellness and
Diagnostic Centre all in a unified building.
Healthpoint is a world-class facility with leading technology that provides the highest
standards of clinically and technologically advanced medicine, patient safety and patient
experience to all those it serves. It is managed by Germany’s Asklepios, one of the largest
operators of private hospitals in Europe, with more than 26,500 beds under management.

• Automate all aspects of workforce management to achieve productivity gains and cost savings throughout the workforce, while ensuring that confidential data is maintained electronically and securely.

automated processes and productivity to accelerate the closed process. • Planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement,

Challenges
• Client was new to healthcare industry and business requirements were not very clear for them. This was a typical Greenfield implementation.
• Since it was a joint venture between multiple operators across globe, decision
making and identification of business process owners was a challenge for the implementation team.
• Requirements to change the base design multiple times made implementation
process difficult.
