YEG COMPASS IN ACTION

We’re entering a new phase of our work!

I’m Stephane Enders – Director of Marketing, Innovate Edmonton.

Chris Henderson has wrapped up his work on the YEG Innovation Compass. He’s now focused on working with the City of Edmonton on the steering committee tasked with work on the December Council Motions related to EEDC.

TACTICS

Last, EIEC meeting we shared the DRAFT Action Plan that included 72 tactics related to five areas that serve the recommendations of the YEG Innovation Compass Final Report:

• Investment • Talent • Customers • Marketing• Governance

Collective impact is an approach designed to coordinate the work in the innovation community toward a common goal, as well as identify what tactical gaps exist to achieving that common goal.

All organizations, companies and individuals are encouraged to participate in the Action Plan to move work forward on the identified tactics.

Collective impact is an approach designed to coordinate the work in the innovation community toward a common goal, as well as identify what tactical gaps exist to achieving that common goal.

Together, Innovate Edmonton and EACOS are ultimately responsible for the overall success of this action plan and its ability to be implemented.
