A minimum of 2 persons is required for the classes with*. Booking has to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Terms and ConditionsCharges apply for non ESPA members and non ESPA retreat guests. Classes’ calendar and workshop topics are subject to change without prior notice. Classes that are conducted in the Zen Studio will not require gym shoes. HIIT classes will require gym shoes. All classes are complimentary to ESPA Members and Retreat Guests. ESPA Members and Guests are required to inform our staff of any health issues they might have upon booking and prior to participating in the activity.

REBECCA DICKSON PERSONAL TRAINERRebecca is a qualified personal trainer in fitness, sports nutrition and high intensity interval training (“HIIT”).
GERALD AWYOGA INSTRUCTORGerald’s quest for knowledge on health and fitness has led him to numerous types of qualifications including bodybalance, bodypump and BOSU.
DR. CHEW WEI LUNCHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIANLicensed and certified in chiropractic biophysics (CBP), Dr Chew uses a systems-oriented approach for a more rigorous diagnosis.
COLIN LIMTRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE THERAPISTOur Qi Gong & Tai Chi instructor uses his knowledge in TCM to work with you to align your body, breath and mind, cultivating and balancing the chi for a healthier self.
