• We only accept cash and/or company cheque payable to ‘Double Decker Event Management’ • Bank Transfers will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event. • Rentals of Dhs 5,000 & over require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of confirmation. • Payments (or payments under Dhs 5,000) should be received in full, upon deliv-ery of the equipment, prior to set-up by the Double Decker team. • Double Decker hold the right to withdraw or delay operations in the event of late/non payment. • Cancellations made within 7 days of activation will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the invoice amount. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of activations will be required to pay 100% of the total invoice cost. • Delivery costs may vary based on the amount of equipment hired & the event location. • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the location of the event is accessible for set-up. The Double Decker team are able to do site visits to assess accessibility upon request. • A cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice price will be required if equipment cannot access the location. • It is the responsibility of the client/venue to supply the power source for equip-ment hire, unless otherwise requested. • Any loss or damage to the Double Decker equipment due to misuse and/or neg-ligence may result in charges for repairs and/or replacement.

• Harassment or abuse of any kind towards The Double Decker team will not be tolerated & we hold the right to withdraw an operation if this is the case. • If an attendant is not requested or is dismissed, it is thesupervising adults’ responsibility to care of those usingthe equipment.

• If external factors (weather, location, etc.) affect operations &in our view health & safety may be jeopardized,The Double Decker team hold the right to withdraw equipment.
