Aims of the Framework
• Establish and promote good practice • Outcome focused approach - emphasis on self
assessment and evidence gathering• Take account of local needs and circumstances• Integrates requirements of Equality Act 2010• Highlights role of providers and partners in
challenging inequality in local communities
Levels of Performance
The Framework consists of three levels of performance for benchmarking
