One of the focus groups’ participants is now seeking employment after five months in a welding program. He has found that although there are job openings, he has not been hired due to lack of welding work experience. Manufacturers employ many positions ranging from accounting to information technology.
The region has some videos. They will need to do a video inventory, see what there is and identify gaps to create new videos that are needed.
Show the number of jobs available in manufacturing fields; use a counter or ticker with actual job numbers.
Job seeker wants to know what’s open, not the history of the company
Personalization of information ideas include: store and return to search history, job posting tracking and commenting.
Need to determine URL. The region owns a domain name www.makeitillinois.org
