Objectives Qualification Criteria Methodology Cisco commissioned market research to better understand how mobility is impacting enterprises and their adoption of collaboration applications.
Specific objectives include:
§ Identify where organizations are with their mobility strategy
§ Identify mobility initiatives and how these are supported
§ Understand how mobility initiatives differ for customers, employees and partners
§ Measure impact and challenges of mobility initiatives on enterprise and collaboration applications
§ All respondents are manager or above IT Decision Makers (ITDMs) in companies with 100+ employees
§ Must currently have employees who work remotely
§ Must have involvement in purchase decisions for mobile solutions, services and devices
§ Must have basic mobile access solutions in place (wireless access, VPN access or access to cloud solutions)
§ Must currently have or plan to have a mobile device management solution in place
§ 1,000 web-based interviews
§ International: United States, Germany, India
§ Approximately 20 minutes in length
