- 3.1 Going National Menu While working together as a team to
take this program National, our Program will qualify and be
eligible for numerous Federal and State Grants in which our
Corporate Headquarters will apply. When grant funds are awarded,
the program will create eligibility criteria based on your ability
to generate Corporate Sponsors and hold successful fundraisers. The
organization allocates percentage-based grant funds relative to the
number of Charters and their respective Level of Achievement (i.e.,
Level 1, 2, 3, or 4). The higher the level, the higher percentage
of grant funds youre allocated. All monies raised from Corporate
Sponsors are deposited to Corporate. Small, local-based fundraisers
and your fee-based services are yours to keep, provided you are
recognized as a 501c 3 non- profit by the IRS; however, must be
reported to Corporate.

- 3.3 Program Impact Menu Many philanthropy institutions
including those in private, and Federal and State agencies have
specific accountability requirements for program effectiveness and
community impact, should they issue grant funds for a program. Will
Be Designated Driver, Inc. provides our Chartered members with the
tools necessary for appropriately measuring program impact in their
area. In the grants and non-profit world, measuring program impact
is an essential part of the services to a community. Reporting the
number of passengers within specific time frames allows for an
analytical and statistical measurement for the basis of reporting
to our constituents. Without this data, the sponsors of our Program
will never know the value of their support. Thus, reporting back to
them on your overall success in executing your mission is equally
important as their donated dollars.
