The story of Olio Novaro begin in the far 1860 by the hand and idea of Agostino Novaro.Quickly Agostino diversifies the brand with the P.Sasso e Figli company.

In over 100 years of activity, with the support of Angiolo Silvio Novaro, Italian poet and academician, the brand became world famous.

In 2001 Giorgio Novaro founded the G.Novaro & C., thanks to centuries-old tradition of the family, presents, under the brand OLIO NOVARO, a wide range of made in Italy

products, appreciated by major national and international hospitality operators.

The product range has been expanded from year to year, with preserves and vinegars, until 2014, and research continues even today.

The year 2015 marking the beginning of e-commerce activities of OLIO NOVARO with the opening of an e-shop for retailing of its products and the renewal of its

corporate image.
