Collection Manager: fields are organized by category for efficiency.

The Collection Manager allows viewing of details of Titles, Databases, Vendors, Orders, etc.

Basic data appears at the top of the details page.

Simply click on the “category” banner to show and hide data.

When an e-journal is acquired through EBSCO, data for approximately 100 fields

can be automatically loaded.

The legend on the right indicates the source of the data. EBSCO data, once overwritten, can be

restored with a click of the mouse.

In the edit mode, the user can make changes to the data, overwriting details provided by

EBSCO, if necessary.
