Competition InformationPre-Competition Meeting
The Pre-Competition meeting will be held at COD in room SRC 2000 onSunday March 4 (3-4 p.m.). Final information and logistics for the March 17competition will be provided at this meeting. This is also the deadline forsubmitting reports and papers. These items are forwarded to the judgeswho will review them prior to the competition. Students who are submittingcreative works, such as, poetry, short stories, original essays, and musiccompositions will need to have them notarized. Please refer to yourcategory’s requirements and criteria for details on what should be submittedand how many copies.

Team Competition to be held March 3, 2018
The Jr. ACT-SO Team Competition is only days away. The students are busy makingthe final changes to their team PowerPoint and rehearsing their team presentation.The competition is being held Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Glenbard South HighSchool, 23W200 Butterfield Rd, Glen Ellyn, IL from 9:00AM – 12:30PM. Each teamwill present its problem and solution to a panel of judges who will identify twowinning teams: 1st Place (Gold) and 2nd Place (Silver). The competition is free andopen to the public. Please plan on attending and bring a friend or two. You will beimpressed with the maturity of the students and the quality of the solutiondeveloped by each team.

TheHuman Race® is a community event & fundraiser that benefits over 70 non-profit organizations serving DuPage County.
