You can copy files to your Dropbox folder.
Why copy vs. move?
– If you share, the other person can delete a file
and you lose it.
You can just have an on-line account,
which I don’t recommend.
Share a Folder
Note – if you have two computers, you can
download Dropbox on both computers and
use the same account.
Therefore you automatically share all
folders and files.
To share with another person, you click on
Share a Folder (shown next).
Go to your DropBox on-line account.

A new window opens
You may get this if you are on a different
computer, or browser, you click on Send email
Go to e-mail and click on Verify
You then see it is verified, click on Done

Click on Share again
New Window Opens
You can create a new folder or click on existing
and then click on next

Select folder and click on Next
New Window Opens
Enter e-mail(s), message and click on Share
