Teacher notes:Inthisactivity,studentswilllistenasyoureadstep-by-stepdirectionstocreateavisualmodelofthewatercycle.Asyoupresenteachdirection,youmayfinditusefultoprovideanexampleontheboard,overhead,orbyelectronicmeans.Preparestudentsbyhelpingthemorienttheirpapersina‘landscape’position.Thefirstline,thehorizon,shouldbeabout1/3upfromthebottomofthepage.Helpthemlocatethislinebyfoldingthepaperhorizontallyatthe1/3point.Tracethefoldasthehorizon.Furtherassistthembyhavingthemmark“L”and“R”ontheleftandrightsidesofthepaperrespectively.
