Further improve the curricula of various undergraduate and graduate degree programs

Create new degree programs highly relevant to the needs of the country for genuine development

Enrich GE and other course offerings by developing health-related and multidisciplinary subjects

Intensify exposure of faculty to national and international conferences and related events to widen horizon and expand knowledge

Strengthen mentoring system

Sustain and expand venues for faculty exchanges and collaboration

Expand scholarship and various forms of financial assistance grants/programs

Enhance students’ knowledge and skills in leadership

Strengthen students’ participation in College governance

Expand alternative learning venues

Advance the rights and welfare of the academic and administrative staff

Support opportunities for staff to hone skills and competencies

Ensure the participation of the staff in decision-making processes and structures

Enhance the culture of research

Create an enabling environment for both faculty and students

Strengthen research structures and mechanisms

Enhance the role of the faculty as public intellectuals

Strengthen the external linkages of the CAS to various sectors in society

Democratic participation, transparency, accountability and collegiality

Improve the structures and mechanisms of governance in the College in order to advance democratic processes and procedures, transparency, accountability and efficiency

• Create a conducive and challenging atmosphere for the production, dissemination and application of knowledge and technologies

Quality Education not only presupposes that we will produce graduates that will be world competitive in their fields of expertise. It is equally important that our graduates shall be imbued with patriotism and deep commitment to use their expertise in doing their share in building our nation into a strong, united, democratic and prosperous republic.
