What are the behaviours and skills required for system leaders across

the public sector?

Why?

The shift towards a system wide approach to addressing

population health will require leaders who are able to work in a

different way. The NHS NWLA wants to collaboratively identify

the behaviours that are needed to enable effective leadership in the evolving health and care system.
