This report shows 2009-2010 Results based on 2008-2009 Test Data.It is copied into cell B1 on the 0809 Data tab.

Be sure formulas in column A are copied down for every line of data.

Schools tab setup

From the most recent data report, copy the first two columns, School Number and School Name.Paste them into cell G1 on the Schools tab.

Sort by the School Name column, column H. Schools appear alphabetically in column B.In the HS column, column D, mark high schools with a "Y".Open the Name Manager from the formulas tool bar. Be sure the area named 'Schools' includes all schools in column B.This named region, Schools, is used for the drop down menu on the Report tab.

Using the Report tabCell A1 has a drop down menu of all the schools.To show the list, click in cell A1 then click the arrow that appears.Select a school to produce that report.
