A guide to updating DisplaySoft™ software products

Open the DisplaySoft

Click Help from the File menu

Click “Start E-Updates”

The update icon should appear in the

lower right corner of the monitor

Locate “the world” icon in the

system tray (systray )

This icon will show up from now

on. Use the file menu to re-start E-

updates if it disappears.

The E-updater is a program that updates DisplaySoft software products such as Real Estate closing package, Loan Estatimate and title calcutator quote programs.

The E-updater is installed when the software product is installed, ideally. The “world” icon will be in the system tray.

Otherwise, start the E-updater when necessary.

Start E-updater

• The DSI e-updates window will open.

• Each “house” represents a different

software product.

• The “Play” button will blink if there is

an update available.

• Click the “Play” button when an

update is available.

• The update will download.

Double click “the world” icon in the

system tray (systray )

• A downloading file progress bar will fill to the

end when the update has been delivered.

• Everyone must exit the DisplaySoft software

product before applying or installing the update.

• Click the “Play” button again to apply the update

(start install).
