Rotational Dining
Rotational Dining, ONLY ON DISNEY CRUISE LINE!You will be welcomed at your table by the nicest people at sea- your Disney wait staff! The same team will join you
every night of your cruise as you rotate to different venues. They’ll get to know your favorites, your kids favorites and
all the little details that make for the perfect dining experience. You will enjoy a different restaurant with the
same servers by your side.
Dine and PlayEnjoy diner with your little ones, and then let Disney youth counselors whisk them away to play. So the grown-ups can
savor some time together. This is only available at second seating.
How this works is you tell your server after you are seated you will be using the Dine and play and they will get your
children's food out soon for the Disney youth counselor's to pick them up around 9pm.

Dine at the main dining rooms during lunch and breakfast at least once, check the Navigator for hours!
From room service, order the All Hands On Deck cheese platter. Just do it.
Soda is NOT free through room service or the bars. In each dining room, you will have the same table
number.

Dress attire at Palo$20 Up Charge
Dress pants and dress shirt (a jacket is optional)
Women: Dress or pantsuit No jeans, shorts, capri pants, flip-flops or tennis shoes
Depending on the duration of your cruise, Palo is available for dinner and may also be available for High Tea and Brunch on certain days
Palo Tips Tips Palo, Palo, Palo. Just do it. Some people think it matters where you sit at Palo…it is nice to sit by
the window, but at night, you can’t see the ocean anyway. At Palo dinner, the Gorganzola Filet is to die for. To call the Pizza, Pizza is really an understatement…it is really an Italian
culinary flatbread delight. The Chocolate Souffle is a requirement. Again, Just do it. There is an item on the menu called Shrimp Salad. It is NOT a Salad…it
is a delicious whole shrimp appetizer, and I recommend it highly. You SHOULD tip your Palo server above and beyond your other tips for
the cruise. For Palo Brunch, there is a cold buffet, and a hot made to order menu.
Do both! There is also a high tea…another enjoyable experience. Please note…the Brunch is available on 4 day cruises or longer, and the
High Tea usually only on 7 days or longer.

Tipping aboard the Disney Ships
For room service, you will want to tip a couple of dollars, or more depending on the size of your order. If you order drinks, a gratuity is automatically added. I add a bit more for exceptional service, like if they bring me my drink on the beach on Castaway Cay. You will also want to tip the porters a dollar or two per bag, especially if they carry your bags all the way across the street to the parking lot.
ADDITIONAL HINTS FOR TIPPINGCharge your tips early. The line can get quite crowded at Guest Services if you wait till the last day of your cruise. We tip the recommended amount early and then add some extra cash for anyone who gives us exceptional service.Be creative. In addition to tips, little items such as phone cards are appreciated. This should be given in addition to the suggested cash amount, not in place of it. We pick up a batch of phone cards at Sam's Club prior to our cruises. They also make a nice thank-you for persons in positions that aren't traditionally tipped, such as kids counselors, cruise staff and guest services. I bring a supply, of thank-you cards, too, and insert the little gift. Another fun item is Florida lottery tickets, which can be purchased at the airport or at gas stations, grocery stores, and convenience stores.
