To reduce the rate of unemployment and raise the activity rates of people with disabilities, paying special attention to women with disabilities, and those other people who, due to their disability, suffer severe difficulties in accessing the labour market

1. To ensure that employment policies directed towards people with disabilities have coherence and rationality .
