Greg lost his best friends because Rowley got a girlfriend and Rowley’s girlfriend doesn’t want Greg to hang out with them.

Greg’s mom wants Greg to have a friend, so she made him hang out with Fregley. Greg doesn’t really like Fregley.Fregley also throws out his school books by accident.

Greg finds Fregley weird. Fregley’s talent is chewing bubblegum with his bellybutton. Yet everyone likes his tricks.

Greg was looking forward to Spring break until he found out that his relatives were coming. He didn’t like that idea because when Greg was little he had to stay with Aunt Cakey. She told Greg not to touch the iron, but he was curious and got hurt. Now no one trusts her anymore.

Diamond ring

The family’s diamond ring was lost. So they went to see a psychic to find out where it could be and everyone started acting strange. They search for the ring in plastic eggs. Everyone wanted to find it.

Stuff Happens

Greg was excited to find an 8 ball under Rodrick’s bed. He started to use it to get advice and to answer most of his questions. He felt that this was what he always needed. He also joins the year book club, discovers stuff in mom’s closet, and finds out that he may be failing some subjects in school.

Surprise Greg learns something very important. Magic 8 balls can do some things ,but not everything .And Greg learns a lesson about friendship.
