The American Diabetes Association The Ultimate Diabetes Meal Planner (This

is sold in the Health Education Centers for $21.50 (this price includes the tax). There are 4 weeks of menus for each season. Grocery lists and recipes are included. There are 4 calorie levels : 1500, 1800, 2000 and 2200 Cals/day.)
