Your event workers, your team, have to buy into the culture that the team wants.

Important to get to the hearts and minds of your team.

Develop team beliefs and then practice them. what-ever it is you practice it becomes who you are and we will not compromise our values.

What to do, what to say and where to go.

This is what I’m doing and why it’s important.
